<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">こんにちは！</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">櫻井です。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">最近寒くなってきましたね。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">さて今回のテーマは「新卒エンジニアの1日」についてです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">私が所属するチームでは基本的にテレワークで業務を行っています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">以前はテレワークで起床時間が遅い時期もありましたが、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">最近はできるだけ早めに起床して時間に余裕を持つよう心がけています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">そして、作業を開始する前にその日に行う作業の段取りを詰めたり、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">スケジュールを考えるようにしています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">業務を開始した後に、チームの朝会があります。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">朝会では前日行った作業・その日行う作業や会議等の予定を共有します。</span></p>

このシートを参照しながら進捗等の共有をします。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">朝会後、本格的に自分の作業を進めていきます。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">日によっては割り込み作業が多く、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">自分の想定が甘いことで作業を思うように進められない時もあり、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">まだまだスケジューリングがヘタクソだなと感じています。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">そのため適宜、上司へ作業の進捗を報告しながら進めています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">最後にその日行った作業を日報としてまとめて提出して業務終了です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">簡単ですが、このように過ごしています。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">段取りをしっかりとして1日の時間を有効に使えるようにしていきたいです。</span></p>
