<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">早いもので今年も残すところわずか、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">1年の締めくくりに大掃除を始めたり、やり残したことの確認、<br />
今年を振り返って来年にむけての目標を考えてみたりする季節となりました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">少しずつコツコツと掃除するのが苦手な自分としては、<br />
毎年年末に一気に片づけて心機一転新年を迎えるようにしています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">さて、今回はリクルートブログに登場している23新卒の鈴木君の仕事の様子について、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">「先輩社員から見た新卒」をテーマに自分なりに書かせていただきます！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">初めのころは何でも一人で考えすぎてしまい手が止まってしまっている部分が見受けられましたが、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">最近は少しずつ悩みすぎず相談することができるようになってきました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">相談してきたことに対しての答えも毎回熱心にメモを取っており、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">次の為の対策をしっかり自分なりに考えて工夫していることが感じられます。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">経験がある人でもまだまだ仕事をしているうえで、上手くいかない場面に直面しています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">そんなときは、少し自分なりに考えてみた上で、<br />
自分でどこまで考えたのかを<strong>周りに話しながら相談する</strong>ようにしてみると上手くいくのかなと思います。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">仕事ができる人、仕事を進めていくのが上手い人は、この部分の判断が早く、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">相談する能力やコミュニケーション能力が高い人が多いと自分は考えているので、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt"><strong>1人で進めていけないことに悩むのではなく、周りに相談してでも進めていくことの大切さ</strong>を伝えていけるようにしています。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">（自分も苦手なのであまり偉そうなことは言えませんが、、）</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">テレワークの場合もあり、どうしてもチャット等での文字でのやり取りが多くなってしまっていますが、<br />
雑談でも何でもいいので普段から周りとの交流を増やしたり、<br />
既にやったことがあり自分でできる範囲の作業においては自分から手をあげて取り組んだりすることで<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">周りとの信頼関係を築いて、何かあったときに相談しやすい環境を自分でつくることも大切だと思います。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">自分なりの考えを書かせていただきましたが、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">少しでもご覧いただけた方の助けになったらと思います。</span></p>
