<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">最近少しずつ暖かくなってきましたね。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">春が来るのも早そうです（それと同時に花粉も・・・）</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">最近は新しいゲームを買いまして休日は、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">ほとんどそれに費やしてます！！！</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">さて、今回のテーマは<strong>就活生へのアドバイス</strong>です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">私が就活時にやっておけばよかったなと思ったことを</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">伝えさせていただきます。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">一つ目は、<strong>「自己分析を徹底的に行う」</strong>です！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">結局はこれに尽きると思います。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">自分のこれまでの人生を振り返って、性格や価値観、やりたいことを、とことん深堀りしましょう！<br />
時には自分の嫌な部分と向き合わなければいけず辛くなる時もあると思います。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">（そんな時は、甘いものでも食べながらゆっくり分析していけば大丈夫です！）</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">具体的なアドバイスとしては、<br />
「やりたいこと」が思い浮かばない人は逆に「やりたくないこと」を考えると良いです。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">企業説明会やインターンには積極的に参加しましょう。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">理由としては、情報を集めれば集めるほど将来の選択肢が増えるからです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">今はオンラインでの説明会などもたくさんあるので、<br />
面倒くさがってる暇があったら</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">どんな企業でもいいので参加してみてください！<br />
</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt">その際に、若手社員の仕事内容や生活について質問してみると入社後のイメージがしやすくなると思います。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">以上二つのアドバイスを伝えさせていただきました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">就活は不安になる事もあると思いますが、<br />
そんな時こそ家族や友人、学校なんでもいいので</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">頼りまくりましょう！</span></p>
