<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">先日、姉妹会社のKMKの同期たちと初めての飲み会を行いました！</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">さて、今回のテーマは<span style="font-size: 18pt"><strong>研修報告会</strong></span>についてです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">４～５月の間に、週一回上司や先輩方に向けてWebで研修報告を行いました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">一週間ごとに研修で学んだことや課題などを報告書にまとめて発表し</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">フィードバックをいただきます。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">私は、外部の技術研修で受講した「プログラミング基礎研修C#コース」で学んだ</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">内容を報告しました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">ちなみに、この研修ではコンピュータやネットワークなどの基礎的な内容から<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">Webアプリケーションの開発まで行いました。</span></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt">・誤字脱字厳禁！</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">報告会の最初の頃は、上記の点への</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">意識が足りず、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">内容以前の問題だと厳しい意見をたくさんいただきました。</span></p>
