</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">時が経つのはあっという間ですね！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">さて、今回は<strong>マインド研修</strong>についてお話したいと思います。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">マインド研修は、入社式の翌日から２日間、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">株式会社リアライブ様で行われた、社会人としての</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">マインドを身に着けるための研修です。<br />

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">この研修は、ハイパフォーマーに共通する「<strong>内省力</strong>」を身に着ける</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">ことを目的としています。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">内省力とは、自分のこれまでの言動を振り返り、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">そこから新たに気づきや学びを得る力です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">私が今回の研修で特に学んだことは自分の特徴や強みです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">ワークを通して、私には「<strong>物事を客観的にとらえる</strong>」「<strong>粘り強さ</strong>」があることが</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">分かりました。<br />
学生時代に行った自己分析よりもより深く自分のことを</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">理解することができました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">また、今回の研修で反省すべき課題は、積極的に発言できなかったことです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">グループワークで一人ずつ発表する際に、<br />
なんとなく恥ずかしいという理由で</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">いつも最後に発表していました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">また、他の人の発表に対しても全く質問することができませんでした。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt">今後は、もっと自分の意見を積極的に発言できるように頑張ります！</span></p>
