<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">私はサロン向け管理システム「Treasure Box」の営業として入社しました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">入社当初は「<strong>営業職のテレワークって何をすればいいんだろう？</strong>」と疑問に感じていました。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">そんな私が実際に4月に取り組んでいた内容は・・・<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">①「Tresure box」に関して知識を付けること（操作や製品に関する資料作り、他社システムとの比較）<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">②システム説明のロールプレイング（Zoomを利用して社員の方々に見ていただきました）<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">などなど、いわゆる営業活動を行うための準備を行っていました。</span></p>

</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">こちらを使ってお客様に提案しますが、デザインがとても可愛いですよね！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">そして5月からついにテレアポでの営業活動が始まりました！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">内定者期間中にトークスクリプトの作成などを行い<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">挨拶からアポイントを取る流れのイメージトレーニングを行っておりましたが、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">実際にやってみるとご案内の前に電話をお断りされることが多くなかなかうまくいきません・・。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">そこで、少しでもサロン様とお話ができるよう、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">比較的余裕がありそうな時間帯に電話をしたり、お悩みの伺い方や伝え方を変えてみたり、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">日々工夫を凝らしています！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">その甲斐あって最近はサロン様とのお話する時間も増え、徐々に自信を持てるようになってきました。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">この調子で、まずは<strong>初受注を目指して頑張ります！</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">ちなみにGW中にはPF・KMK女子会を行いました！<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">女子会だからこそできる話などもあり、とても盛り上がりました！</span></p>
