<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">12〜1月にリクルーターとして計6回の理系・SE志望者向けのリクルートイベントに参加しました。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">イベントによってはリクルーター同士で掛け合いをしながらプレゼンをする機会があります。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">1年前の学生の時はイベントに参加してプレゼンを見ていた立場でしたが、今回は逆の立場になり学生相手に掛け合いをしてきました。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">もちろん緊張しますし、セリフを覚えるのがとても大変でした。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">プレゼンを行った後は、座談会と面談を行います。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">1ターム15～20分、学生は10人弱規模で、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">1人の学生の話を聞く時間が限られており</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">学生を評価することがかなり難しかったです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">リクルーターとして学生と接してみて、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">1年前私が就活生だった頃を思い出しました。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">それと同時に1年前の学生の時と比べて、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">社会人になってから物事のの見方や考え方などが少しずつ変化しているように思います。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">意外と業務をしている中ではこういったことを感じることがなかったので、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">今回リクルーターを経験できて有意義な時間でした。</span></p>
