<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">今回は入社1年目を振り返り、2年目の目標について書かせていただきます。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">■1年目の総括</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">今年1年は主に弊社で開発しているACUSISのWeb予約システムに関わる業務を</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">行いました。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">具体的には、問診票作成や機能追加、導入作業などを行いました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">これらの経験を積んだことで、<br />
入社時と比べると技術関連の知識、製品に対する理解が</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">向上したと思います。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">機能追加や改修作業などで、様々なソースを読んだりログを取りながら<br />
コードを一つずつ追ったりしたことで、機能追加などの実装における作業時間が短縮できるようになりました。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">■2年目の目標</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">2年目の目標の一つ目は「効率を上げる」ことです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">日々作業をする中で、同じような資料やサイトを繰り返し利用することが多く、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">そういったところで時間が奪われていると感じました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">「同じことの繰り返し」はエンジニアにとっては避けるべきものなので、<br />
ツールやショートカットなどを活用して仕事の効率を上げていきたいです！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">二つ目は「社内交流を増やす」ことです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">1年目は常に自分のことでいっぱいいっぱいになってしまい社内行事以外で、<br />
他部署の先輩方と交流する機会がほとんどありませんでした。<br />
本格的に業務を行うとなると他部署との連携は必須なので、<br />
しっかりと日頃からコミュニケーションをとって円滑に仕事を進められるようにしたいです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">振り返ると1年目から様々な経験をさせていただき長かったようで短かったような、そんな充実した1年でした。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">2年目はより充実した年にできるようにさらに頑張ります！</span></p>
