<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">今回のテーマは「<strong>ブラシス面談</strong>」についてです！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">ブラシスとは<strong>Brother/Sister面談</strong>の略で、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt"><strong>先輩社員が新卒社員にマンツーマンで面談をしてくれる</strong>制度のことです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">毎月1回、業後に食事をしながら面談をしていただいています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">私の担当は、グループ会社ケーエムケーワールドの中川さん（新卒5年目）です。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">面談の内容は主に2つです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">一つ目は、<strong>現状の把握と課題</strong>についてです。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">今自分はどんな業務を行っていて、何に困っているのかを</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">先輩社員の質問を通じて整理していきます。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">二つ目は、<strong>今後の目標</strong>についてです。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">一つ目で整理した内容から次の面談までに達成する目標について決めます。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">最近の面談の内容を詳しくご紹介します。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">私の課題は、画面などの簡単な改修作業にも時間がかかることでしたが、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">その原因が製品仕様の理解不足であることが分かりました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">そこで、中川さんから「自己流でいいから、製品のライブラリやファイル構成などを資料にまとめてみたら？」という提案をいただきました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">実際に、自分で資料を作成してみた結果、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">以前よりもスムーズにタスクをこなせるようになった気がします！</span></p>
