<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">私は現在、自社製品である「ACUSIS」という電子カルテの</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt">Web予約に関する業務やクリニック様の問診票の作成に取り組んでいます。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">業務を通して、私が学んだことを紹介していきます。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">一つ目は、<strong>「PHPの知識」</strong>です。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">PHPとはプログラミング言語の一つで、Web予約に関するシステムはPHPで作られています。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt">この言語を触るのは初めてで、言語の仕様やフレームワークなど分からないことだらけで苦労しました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">しかし、先輩に質問したり、自分でとことん調べることで少しずつ理解できるようになってきました！とは言っても、</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt">まだまだ分からないことばかりなのでこれからも学習頑張ります！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">二つ目は、<strong>「スケジュール管理の難しさ」</strong>です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">OJTでは、タスクの期限を自分で決めて取り組んでいました。<br />
</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt">しかし、割り込みのタスクや想定よりも内容が難しかったりで期日に間に合わなかったり、</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt">逆に早く終わってしまい手待ち時間ができてしまったりで<br />
予定通りにタスクを終わらせることができないことがありました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">今後は、遅れそうなら早めに相談、早めに終わりそうなら<br />
その時間を使ってできるタスクを</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">考えたりなど対策していきます！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">三つ目は、<strong>「報連相」</strong>です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">これが、一番難しいです…(泣)</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">その中でも特に難しいと感じているのが<strong>相談</strong>です。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">主に技術系の質問や相談の際に、<br />
自分が<strong>何が分からないのかが分からない</strong>状態が多く、<br />
なかなか先輩に聞けなかったり、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">的外れな質問をして解決に時間を取らせてしまいました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">なので今後は、自分の思考を整理して的確な質問をできるように頑張ります！</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">研修を終えて実業務が始まり約一か月弱が過ぎました。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">苦戦する毎日ですが、上司・先輩方のご助言により少しずつ成長している実感があります！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">OJTで学んだことをしっかり吸収して、これからも頑張ります！</span></p>
