<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">今回は「2年目の振り返り」がテーマですが、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">合わせて「3年目の目標」も書いていきます！</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt"><strong>■ 2年目の振り返り</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">2年目での大きい仕事は弊社の電子カルテシステム「ACUSIS」と「LINE」の連携でした。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">ユーザーのアカウントと電子カルテの患者情報を紐づけることで<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">予約機能や診察券、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">メッセージ送信を利用できるというものです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">こちらを上流工程から一通りやらせていただきました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">営業の方と仕様のすり合わせや本体の電子カルテ開発を担当するチームとの<br />
開発スケジュールの調整が不慣れな分大変苦労しました。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">また、開発についても大部分は下についているBPさんが担当するため<br />
仕様・設計を伝えて進捗を管理しながら納期に間に合わせるのがとても大変でした。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">LINE連携での作業は不慣れなことが多くミスもありましたが学びもたくさんありました。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">成長できたと感じるのは、1つ上の目線からプロジェクトを</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">見れるようになったことです。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">今までの業務は開発メインだったので、<br />
上流での新しい目線で物事を図れるようになってきた感触があります。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">この先もプロジェクトを管理する予定があるので先輩方のやり方を見て学びつつ、</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt">自分なりの上手なやり方を模索していければ良いなと思っています。</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt">■ 3年目の目標</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">3年目は詳細が決まっていない仕事を振られて、色々な方と認識のすり合わせを<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">しながら方針を決めて動く場面が多くなっていくと思うので<br />
2年目の経験を活かしつつ、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">自発的に動けるようにしていきたいと思っています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">また、開発業務の割合が以前と比べると少なくなると思うので、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">上手いバランス感覚を身に着けて専門的な開発スキルも伸ばしていきたいです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">3年目も頑張ります！！</span></p>
