<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">こんにちは！</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">櫻井です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">今回は「<strong>Brother/Sister面談</strong>」についてです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Brother/Sister面談は、</span><br />
<strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">所属部署・担当業務に関わらず</span></strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>先輩がメンター役として新卒をサポートしてくれる</strong>制度のことです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">月に1回メンター役の先輩とお話をする機会があります。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">担当も前期と後期で分かれていて、</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">私の前期の担当はグループ会社ケーエムケーワールドの坂井さん（20新卒・技術職）、現在後期を担当していただいているのが同じくケーエムケーワールドの</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">中川さん（19新卒・技術職）です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">リモートで行うこともあれば、レストランなどでご飯を食べながら直接</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">お話しすることもあります。</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #808080;">直近のbro/sisは、本社近くのレストランでご飯を食べながら行いました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">私が相談した内容は、自分の課題である「報連相」についてです。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">報連相ができていないのは目的などが腹落ちしていないからではないかと分析していただき、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">報連相に限らず納得できてない部分は納得できるまできちんと聞くべきとアドバイスをもらいました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">アドバイスを受けてからは自分が腹落ちしているかどうかを気にするようになり、自分が納得いくまで質問できるようになってきていると感じています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">bro/sisでは自分の部門の先輩方以外にも</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">業務やプライベートのことを相談できるので大変助けられていますし心強いです。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">今後もこの制度を通じて、先輩社員と交流を深めながら自分自身を成長させていければと思います。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">今回は以上です。</span></p>
