<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">こんにちは、ACUSISソリューション事業部の細田です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">いつもはフレッシュな新人さんが書いていると思いますが、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">今回は業界23年目のオッサンが書かせていただきます。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">それでは、本題の「新卒育成について」です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">現在、私はこのブログによく登場するピカピカの１年生「櫻井くん」の</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">上司として教育を行っており、プログラミングやコンピューター基礎の</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">習得など、<br />
実戦ベースの教育カリキュラムが山のようにあるのですが</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">指導するうえで最も大切にしていることを書きたいと思います。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">それは「<strong>対人スキル</strong>」です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">仕事をするうえで新人に必ず意識をして欲しいのは、</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">「<strong>仕事はひとりではできない</strong>」ということです。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">ひとりでできる仕事には限界があり、仲間や相手(取引先・お客様)</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">と関わって仕事をすることになります。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">私のチームの仕事は営業やサポートチームとやり取りすることが多く、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">かなりの時間がコミュニケーションに費やされています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">よってプログラミングだけできても不十分であり、むしろ対人スキルの方が</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">重要で、<strong>人とのやり取りを大事にし相手の立場になって考えられるように</strong></span><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>なる</strong>ことが今後の成長において必須となります。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">上記の内容はパッと言ってすぐに分かることではないので、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">櫻井くんとは定期的にリモートで「<strong>1on1ミーティング</strong>」を行い</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">「なぜそういうことをするのか？」の根拠を</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">時間をかけて説明するようにしています。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">新人の課題である「<strong>報連相</strong>」についても、その重要性の根拠を</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">説明しながら実戦に取り組んでいます。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">さらに新人育成でもうひとつ大事だと思っていることがあります。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">それは「<strong>距離感</strong>」です。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">新人にいくら良いアドバイスを送っても、新人との距離が縮まっていないと</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">なかなか相手に届きません。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">当たり前ですが距離を縮めるには<strong>会話</strong>が必要です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">櫻井くんとは歳が20以上離れていることもあって、はじめは見事に話が</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">合いませんでしたが（笑）</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">そんなときは「アマプラ」「Netflix」「YouTube」です。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">新人はみんな何かしらのサブスクアカウントを持っていて</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">流行の動画を観ており、それが会話の糸口となったりします。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">私は「ガンダム」が好きで流行物も含めてよくアニメを観るのですが、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">櫻井くんとは「鬼滅の刃」「呪術廻戦」で話が合い、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">ドラマでも「ストレンジャー・シングス」が好きということで</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">共通の話題には困りませんでした。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">というわけで、ぜひとも櫻井くんには私の大好きな「スターウォーズ」全9作を</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">観てもらって一緒に酒でも飲みながら語り尽くしたいと思っている</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">今日この頃です。</span></p>
