<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">こんにちは！</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">櫻井です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">早いもので社会人になってから、4ヶ月が経ちました。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">そんな社会人4ヶ月を振り返ってみようと思います。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">◆生活面について</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">上京して一人暮らしを始めて4ヶ月が経ち、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">上京したての頃は掃除や洗濯などの家事がすごく面倒でしたが、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">今では要領よくこなせるようになりました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">また社会人になってから、新しい趣味としてレコードで音楽を</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">聴くようになりました。</span><br />

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">◆業務について</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">4、5月は外部技術研修に参加してC#というプログラミング言語を中</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">心とした知識を習得しました。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">6月からはOJTに移行し、自社製品の「ACUSIS」という</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">自由診療に特化した</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">クリニック様向け電子カルテの仕様やシステム構成の学習から行いました。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">その後、クリニック様からの不具合対応として</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">調査や処理の差し替えなどを行っています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">OJTは技術はもちろんですが、それ以外の部分でも求められること</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">（報連相や文章作成能力など）が多くなり、１段ハードル上がったように感じています。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">正直、追いついていない部分や足りない部分が多くあります。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">そんな中、上司から報連相についての書籍をお借りして、</span><br />
