<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">最近少しずつ暖かくなってきましたね！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">さて、今回は現在受けている<strong>技術研修</strong>について書いていきます。</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">1. どんなことを勉強しているの?</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">「<strong>プログラミング基礎研修C#コース</strong>」という研修を受講しています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">前半ではコンピューターやネットワークなどの基礎的な内容、</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">データベースのデータを操作するためのSQLという言語や</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">Webページを表現するためのHTML・CSSを学習しました。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">中盤に差し掛かった現在は、コース名にもなっている</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>C#</strong>という言語を学習しています。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">C#は会社の製品の中核となっている技術のため、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">集中して学習に取り組んでいます！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">研修の終盤では、研修で身につけた知識をベースに</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Webアプリケーションの開発演習を行います。</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 14pt;">2.Web研修報告会</span></strong></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">週1回行われている研修報告会では、</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">数名の先輩社員の前で<strong>1週間分の研修の</strong></span><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>内容や実績、成果</strong>などを報告しています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">姉妹会社のKMKの同期4名と一緒に参加しており、報告とフィードバックは1人5分ずつ</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">行います。<br />

<span style="font-size: 14pt;">発表時間や報告書の書き方に対して多くの指摘がありました…</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 14pt;">5分の発表時間も意識しながら報告ができるようになってきました！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">また、報告書の中身</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">（内容や研修を受けて見つけた自分の課題に対しての解決策）</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">に対してフィードバックをいただけるようになってきました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">報告会の最後には、先輩方に質問ができる時間があるため、</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 14pt;">（まだ苦手なことですが・・）積極的な質問ができるように頑張ります！</span></p>
