<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">新卒で入社して早くも2年が経とうとしています。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">さて今回は、2年目の振り返りと3年目の抱負をテーマに書いていきます！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">■2年目の振り返り</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">2年目での大きな仕事は『ACUSIS Cloud』と『ホットペッパービューティー』の</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">予約連携APIの開発です！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">『ホットペッパービューティー』からの予約が弊社の電子カルテシステム『ACUSIS Cloud』へダイレクトに反映させることで利便性・集患数の向上を目的として行われました。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">開発、テスト、運用保守の一通りをやらせていただきました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">仕様の理解や開発が思ったように進められない、<br />
テストで想定外の不具合が発生して</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">スケジュールが遅れてしまう…など<br />
多くのアクシデントはありましたが上司や先輩に助けてもらいながら、なんとか無事に完遂できました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">このプロジェクトを通して、処理速度を意識したコーディング、調査しやすいログの配置、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">大量のアクセスに耐えられるインフラ構築などより実践的な知識・経験を得ることができました！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">■3年目の目標</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">3年目の一番の目標は<strong>「業務の効率化」</strong>です！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">開発や導入タスクをこなしていくなかで、<br />
一部手作業が多いものや同じ作業の繰り返しなどがあり時間がもったいないと感じました。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">なので、これらの作業をボタンの数クリックで完了できるようなツールを開発して業務の効率化を実現したいです！<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">（エンジニアらしい考え方が身についてきた気がします！&#x1f453;&#x2728;）</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">3年目からは若手気分は卒業して、<br />
エンジニア・社員の一員としてしっかりと結果を出せるように頑張ります！！！</span></p>
