<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">こんにちは、櫻井です。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">今回はテレワーク中心の仕事の中で円滑に作業ができるように工夫していることをまとめてみました！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">■仕事の進め方やリラックス方法</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">作業の中でもともと決まっている作業（開発等）と割り込みの作業があり、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">基本フルで開発の作業に入れることは多くないので、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">ある程度<strong>それぞれの作業に余裕を持たせながら</strong>仕事をするように心がけています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">コミュニケーションツールとしてslackを使用しており、何かあったときは<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">ハドルミーティングをお願いすればすぐに会話をすることもできるので</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">仕事はしやすいなと感じています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">そして仕事の後は入浴時に週に数回、湯船につかることがあります。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">なんとなく疲れが取れる気がするので習慣になっています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">↓この入浴剤を使っています。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">BARTHという入浴剤が良いと知って一回使ったことがあるのですが、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">あまりよく分からず、</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">森の香りの方がテンションが上がるので結局バブを使っています。（笑）</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">また、土日もできるだけ平日と同じ時間帯に起きるように心がけています。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">早起きした方が少しだけ得をした気がしますし、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt"><strong>生活のリズムを整える</strong>ことは大事だと思うので続けています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">■デスク回りの環境・仕事道具</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">デスク回り環境としてはデスクトップPCにモニター2枚を接続して使用しています。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">テレワークを始めたてのときはmacbook とモニター1枚で仕事をしていましたが、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">モニターを2枚に増やしたときは作業のしやすさに感動した覚えがあります。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">今ではモニター1枚で作業するのを考えられないほど、<br />
作業するのに<strong>デュアルディスプレイ</strong>はマストになっています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">マウスは特にこだわりはないですが5000円くらいで購入したロジクールのマウスを使い続けています。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">キーボードはHHKB Professional HYBRID Type -Sを使っています。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">モニターやデスクトップを購入する前に1番最初に買ったキーボードです。<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">3万円以上もする高価なキーボードをなぜ1番に購入したのかは自分でも謎ですし(笑)、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">モニターを先に揃えた方が良かったとは思いますが、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">今では他のキーボードを使えなくなるくらいとても気に入っています！</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">また、最初は大して必要ないものだと思っていたパームレストも今となっては重宝しており、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">手首の疲労感はかなり軽減されている気がしています。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt">テレワーク中は自分の気の持ちようで良い方向にも悪い方向にも傾くと思うので、<br />
</span><span style="font-size: 14pt">自分と上手く付き合いながら仕事に取り組んでいけるようにしたいですね！</span></p>
